Who we are

Beach Pictures is a full service production company based in Miami specializing in creating and developing docu-reality and scripted series for cable and broadcast outlets worldwide. We’ve developed content, pilots, and worked on series for CW, MTV, VH1, Bravo, TLC, Tru TV, CNN, MSNBC, Fusion, Food Network, ABC, and Current TV.

As original content creators, we’ve worked with and developed shows with some of the industry’s top companies such as Electus, The Weinstein Company, Bischoff Hervey Entertainment, Pilgrim Television, Radical Media, 25/7, and Pink Sneakers. Today, our creative teams are working across a myriad of fields including scripted content, branded entertainment, vod & ppv offerings, documentaries, and reality projects.

Our team are Miami Beach natives and provide locations, casting, and full production support to major networks, film crews, and production companies.

Adrian Baschuk: Founder, CCO/Director

Baschuk is a Documentary Filmmaker, Correspondent, and Producer. He has most recently produced and reported features for Discovery’s Seeker network, MSNBC’s Shift, and Fusion. He was an International Correspondent/Producer for Al Gore’s Current TV and has reported from Iraq, North Korea, Israel, Venezuela, Tibet, Pakistan, etc whose reports were nominated for Peabody, DuPont, and Emmy Awards. He’s produced, directed, and shot on several unscripted series including TruTV’s South Beach Tow, Kart Life, and Party Heat, VH1’s Beverly Hills Fabulous, and various network co-development pilot projects. He was formerly a CNN Correspondent, Reporter for WPLG & Producer for ABC News and first feature documentary, Disengagement, chronicled Israel’s pull out from the Gaza Strip and is available on Amazon. He received a BA in International Relations & Communications from Tufts University.

Jorge Moreno: Founder, CEO/Producer

Moreno is a Latin Grammy award winning singer & Grammy nominated artist discovered by Madonna. Under Clive Davis, Moreno performed the title track for “Havana Nights” w/ Santana. He’s produced and directed his music videos. Most recently his latest video “Thank You” won the 2011 International Songwriting Competition for “Best Video.” “Mi Sufrimiento,”was nominated for an Univision award and was in MTV en Españols Top 10 Videos of the Year. In 2008, he was the special musical guest on the 2008 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with Usher and recently co-produced a documentary Cuba: Waiting for a Revolution for Current TV as well as an episode of Beverly Hills Fabulous for VH1. He created CW’s Catalina and most recently appears in Food Network’s Mystery Diners. Moreno majored in Film at the University of Miami.

Nathan Lieberman: CFO, Producer

Lieberman is a developer, hotelier, and event producer overseeing $250 million dollars in real estate and entertainment holdings. He’s produced live events for corporate clients such as LVMH, Art Basel, Budweiser, GMC, Bacardi, Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, Ocean Drive Magazine, & 944 Magazine. His properties (the Catalina, Metropole, Riviera, & Chesterfield Hotels) have been featured locations for Hogan Knows Best, Miami Social, & Janice Dickinson Model Agency and Jersey Shore’s Season 2: Miami. He received a BA in Film and Finance from NYU.

Stian Roenning: CTO, DP

Stian Roenning is a Norwegian multi-media artist and Director of Photography. He has directed music videos for Universal, Maverick, and Sony/BMG and commercials for clients Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, and Oxley. Roenning also serves on the creative direction team for overthrow.com creating events throughout Miami. His art and video installations have been showcased at the Galerie Bertin-Toublanc, Toronto International Art Fair, Bernice Steinbaum Gallery, Dorsch Gallery, NUE Studio, and the Lincoln Road Art Center. Holds a BFA in Visual Art from Florida International University.

Rebekah Keida: Documentaries
Rebekah Keida is a documentary film producer. Rebekah has modeled in Miami, New York, and Latin America for designers like Oscar De La Renta, Chloe, Donna Karan, and Etro. Rebekah’s modeling, journalism, and documentary filmmaking have taken her from Nepal to North Vancouver. Her passion is environmental journalism—specifically the consequences of climate change and the effect on South Florida in the coming years. She is a graduate of Florida International University.
